Innovista USA exists to connect people to jesus and their journey to completeness in him (colossians 1:28; matthew 28:18-20; matthew 22:37-40). We are a resource for people to discover and communicate jesus. We are developing leaders for mission with a sharp evangelistic edge: leadership that pioneers and breaks new ground for christ among today's young people, that multiplies new leaders, new mission and releases young people to be a force for good in their communities and their beyond. In pursuit of this mission, innovista has developed an external strategy with three strands:forming leaders, innovating mission, and training for mission. These strands are inter-related and drive how we work. While forming leaders is our primary strategy, this must always be taking place in the context of mission and training others for mission. This is also reflected in our distinctives that emphasize multiplying leaders in the context of innovative mission.
