IRS 990 Nonprofit Profile
Framingham Civic League INC
Impact Framingham is a grantmaking 501(c)(3) which supports the activities in the town of Framingham. We were formed out of what was previously known as the Civic League. The Civic League converted the funds generated from the sale of the building at 214 Concord Street to a fund which was dedicated to the people of Framingham. The original Civic League charter, which was written in 1913, indicates that the organization will support the civic, educational, recreational, charitable and benevolent interests of Framingham and its people. By transitioning the former Civic League into a grantmaking entity that funds programs which enhance the original mission, the new board of Impact Framingham has kept this historically significant purpose intact.
