Great plains housing initiative (gphi) is a native-led nonprofit social enterprise housing developer dedicated to increasing housing opportunities for native people through innovative and sustainable strategies. we strive to earn the trust of tribal partners through innovative thinking, deep listening, and unwavering collaboration. we lead with integrity and do the work together. the activities of gphi are intended to help alleviate poverty, combat deterioration, develop and implement innovative homeownership development and financing opportunities for native american individuals, as well as support and build the capacity of the tribes and community lenders whose mission is in alignment with that of gphi's.
