The union of alpa professional and administrative employees exists to ensure that fair and equal representation is provided to all our members of unit 2. with staff members, unit 2 helps to support over 78,000 pilots, as well as everyday operating functions of the association. as a united force, unit 2 works tirelessly to build positive relationships with alpa pilots, coworkers of unit 1, and alpa management. maintaining positive relationships with alpa members and management enables unit 2 members to retain a seat at the table, as we all work together to promote the association's goals and strategic plan further.
