The Abraham Davis Ditch Company

The past, present and future activity of the Abraham Davis Ditch Company, a Colorado non-profit mutual ditch company organized under the Colorado Revised Nonprofit Corporation Act, and the Provisions of C.R.S. 7-42-101 through 7-42-118, is to provide irrigation water service to the Notch Ranch and Browning Ranch and land lying under the Abraham Davis Ditch (ADD), including land lying under the Extension and Enlargement of the ADD and the Minor and McDonald Extension of the ADD in Hinsdale and Mineral Counties of Colorado. The main activities of the company are to operate, maintain,and repair all water diversion and conveyance structures associated with the ADD and to appropriate and adjudicate such additional water rights as may be sought to provide irrigation water service via the ADD to the Notch Ranch and/or the Browning Ranch for use in their agricultural operations. The primary purpose of a mutual irrigation ditch company is delivery of irrigation water.
