To develop improved relations between members, fleet administrators, lessors and lessees; to be a central representative body for those who market fleet vehicles; to encourage the education and use of highest vehicles as desireable transporation; to encourage the use of efficient marketing methods to ensure the highest returns for the members clients; to provide a forum for the discussion of ideas and information & to encourage sound business practices; to stimulate a feeling of pride in the industry; to cause membership to be equated with reasonable assurance of honesty, integrity, and responsibility; and to provide member services. Due to the dramatic decline, loss and lack of interest from members and potential members, the association was compelled to disband, and per it's by-laws, transfer its remaining asset, it's cash balance at the end of the year to a tax exempt charity scholarship foundation in the related industry.
