Pasadena Playhouse Alumni & Associates

The purpose of our association is to 1) hold together people who have been associated with the pasadena playhouse state theatre, especially its college of theatre arts, 2) encourage among its members an interest in theater education, 3) stimulate creativity in all theater arts, and 4) provide financial and service support to the pasadena playhouse. the primary financial support for theater education is the award of annual scholarships to needy and talented theater students. in addition, we 1) maintain archives of the pasadena playhouse and their library of theater arts books and other material for educational purposes, 2) provide volunteers to assist in tours of the playhouse for public groups and for special performances for student audiences, 3) mail quarterly newsletters on both alumni and playhouse activities, 4) maintain a website that also provides information on alumni and the playhouse, and 5) provide periodic donations for playhouse operations.
