The specific purpose of this corporation shall be to support the mission of the 10th district agricultural association: (a) the operation of an annual junior livestock auction in the county of siskiyou for the educational benefit of the young people involved in future farmers of america, 4-h, grange and youth independent exhibitor programs in siskiyou county; (b) make the siskiyou golden fair a more community, cultural and educational asset; (c) provide a vehicle for the 10th district agricultural association to become more entrepreneurial in nature by increasing revenues from non-traditional sources; and (d) to carry on other charitable/educational activities associated with these goals as allowed by law.
