Our mission is to break the cycle of poverty by transforming the lives of youth ages 18-25 who are unhoused or in danger of becoming displaced. we provide safe living environments essential tools for career success and a path to homeownership. transcendent assistance ta has been actively engaged in two youth employment initiatives in which we empower youth by providing skill-based project work and youth connections with industry leaders to secure a project an internship or employment. youth employment initiatives program also offers comprehensive training sessions that provide individuals with essential skills and certification in their chosen fields. 67% of our participants secured an internship or paid project through our community partners because of our program.
