Tierras Indigenas Community Land Trust is a non-profit comprised of residents and organizers working together to purchase land in Historic Barrios in order to keep it in the hands of the community to fight displacement and gentrification.

TICLT purchased 2602 National Avenue, San Diego, CA to remove the property from the speculative real estate market; we've kept 5 very low-income families housed. TICLT is launching a rehabilitation of the property that includes a community clinic and arts spaces, as well as additional affordable housing.
