Mission fightstory, inc.???s mission is to support the mental health, emotional well-being, and long-term sustainability of combat sports athletes by reducing stigma, increasing access to mental health education and resources, and sharing authentic fighter stories that promote resilience, healing, and personal growth. mental health education & programming (mental fight kit development) during 2025, fightstory, inc. continued the development and expansion of its flagship mental health education initiative, the mental fight kit, designed specifically for combat sports athletes. the program focuses on proactive mental wellness, emotional regulation, identity beyond competition, and post-career transition support. work completed in 2025 included content development, expert consultation, curriculum structuring, and pilot distribution planning to ensure the program is accessible, science-informed, and culturally relevant to fighters. storytelling & awareness initiatives fightstory, inc. produced and shared storytelling-based content highlighting the lived experiences of fighters navigating mental health challenges, identity shifts, and life beyond competition. these initiatives were delivered through digital media, live conversations, and collaborative campaigns with athletes,gyms, and partner organizations. the goal of these efforts was to normalize mental health conversations within combat sports and encourage help-seeking behavior. community engagement & partnerships in 2025, fightstory, inc. collaborated with athletes, gyms, and aligned organizations to integrate mental health awareness into combat sports environments. this included event-based programming, merchandise collaborations tied to awareness campaigns, and partnerships that amplified mental health messaging while generating program-supporting revenue. direct program support & appearances the organization facilitated program-related appearances and educational engagements featuring fighters and advocates who shared personal stories and mental health insights with the community. these efforts supported fightstory???s mission by combining education, visibility, and real-world connection to mental health resources.
