Our mission is to empower youth and marginalized genders including women, non-binary, and trans folk, and build community through action sports skill-building, equipment sharing, and accessible community events. we seek to transform regional action-sport culture toward a baseline of welcomeness for the benefit of a greater diversity of recreators in and around montana. girls on shred operates through volunteer effort to host free clinics in skateboarding, roller skating, snowboarding and skiing. we facilitate sustainable skill-building, break down financial barriers to entry, and seek to create a sense of belonging in the actions sports community for participants. we believe together these actions can promote physical and mental wellness.
