To serve as a much-needed umbrella in the affordable housing ecosystem involved in all things affordable housing for low-income people. eq housing advisors shall advocate and work to drive policy, provide rental and/or for-sale thru acquisitions and/or development, invest in projects that provide affordable housing for low income persons, advice, mentor and consult with other sponsors/developers involved in providing affordable housing for low income persons, serve as a philanthropic organization in general in the ecosystem of housing for lower income persons, and to sell housing units to residents/owners who make no more than 80-120 percent of the area's median income as computed and published by the department of housing and urban development (hud).
