The north peninsula building association's future builders program is a partnership with the education community to provide a continuous skilled labor force by introducing students to all aspects of the building industry while emphasizing the need for academic and trade skills. Future builders program seeks to provide mentoring opportunities from within the building industry to instill essential basic work ethics and to promote potential careers in the building industry that can provide quality family wage earning jobs.
