The Foundation has a three fold purpose. To procure, renovate and operate a transitional home for veterans who seek shelter and a stable stable environmentwhile working and educating themselves back into our community as productive citizens. To extend to Vancouver, Washington veterans th opportunity secure independence through education and employment while preventing Federal and State dependency. To give all veterans th opportunity to get involved in helping who, at present, are less fortunate.
