The 1983 addis ababa university medical graduates society it a group made up of alumni of addisababa university medical faculty formed with the purpose creating a bond between the group and usethis association to support the motherland ethiopia. through the past one year ethiopia was ravagedwith war and its consequences. currently there are thousands displaced by war and widespreaddevastations in the major portion of the northern part of the country. displaced people have lost theirhomes and livelihoods furthermore they have been killed, tortured and raped. these people haveescaped war and have settled in the adjacent regions of the country, but suffer from a dire shortage offood, medical supplies and clothing. several homes, hospitals, schools and other institutions have beendestroyed. basic utilities like electricity and water are in short supply due to destruction of power linesand pipes. the amhara, afar and tigray regions are mainly affected. this is a huge task for the ethiopiang
