Snbei was established in january of 2022 with a clear mission: to reduce clark county's racial educational attainment gaps by focusing on the recruitment and retention of culturally responsive highly-skilled black teachers. our organization is committed to empowering black educators and aspiring teachers through a multifaceted approach that encompasses legislation meaningful professional development mental health support and critical mentorship.
