The corporation is organized exclusively for charitable, scientific and educational purposes, including, for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code, or corresponding section of any future federal tax code. Specifically, the corporation exists for the purpose of channeling people and resources to the spiritual and physical needs of the world. It will proclaim the gospel, minister to physical needs, disciple new believers, and begin new churches where god leads. It will also provide member care to god's servants who are needing encouragement, restoration, and training.
