The pima county 4-h youth development program is an experiential, informal, volunteer education program that provides learning opportunities for youth between the ages of 5 and 19 to learn and develop life skills which include building self confidence, learning to make a difference, developing an inquiring mind, relating to others and developing a concern for the community.
