Advance the business of financing individuals, families and businesses for necessary and useful purposes; to assist state officials in enforcing the kansas uniform consumer credit code to encourage all licensees to cooperate, both in letter and spirit, in the observance of all lawful rules and regulations issued by the consumer credit commissioner, to encourage and maintain truthfulness in consumer finance advertising; to encourage thrift and promote the welfare of borrowers; to bring about a better public understanding of the aims and benefits of the consumer finance business; to provide for the exchange of ideas among members and to confer with representatvies of the public and state officals; and to generally promote the welfare and betterment of its members by cooperating with any movement beneficial to the installment buying public and to the consumer finance business.
