The mission of the coastal carolina chamber music festival ccmf continues to be to promote the benefits of classical music remove barriers that can exist between classical musicians their audiences. through diverse programming, virtuoso public performances, and both sustaining and new community outreach events, ccmf makes classical music accessible to an audience of diverse identities and abilities. ccmf promotes classical music as a way to strengthen and bring together various sectors of the community and to facilitate an exchange between artists from other areas of the country and residents of eastern north carolina. with the goal of providing additional opportunities for all audiences and artists to be partners in live musical experiences and self-exploration, ccmf annually presents varied community engagement educational events serving seniors, youth, and adults with disabilities. online visits and content enhance in person events.
