Our Community Giving Pledge
The mission of our community giving pledge is to help revitalize our community from the chronic rural poverty issues we have. we will do this by raising and allocating donations to feed and educate the underprivileged of the north shore area, specifically the communities of tofte and plymouth, minnesota. our community is charitable as defined in treas. reg. 1.501(c)(3)-1(d)(2) educational as defined in treas. reg. 1.501(c)(3)-1(d)(3) and operates exclusively to provide relief for the poor and distressed, to advance community engagement, lend a hand to those in extreme financial stress and expand educational opportunities for the underprivileged. treas.Reg.1.501(c)(3)-1(d)(3)(ii) provides that term educational includes the instruction or training of the individual for the purpose of improving or developing his or her capabilities and or the instruction of the public on subjects useful to the individual and beneficial to the community. our community giving pledge endeavors to bring commu
