The siaa provides community-driven social innovation (cdsi) approach to improve social services to low-income communities and achieve upward social mobility. we train members in cdsi methods and techniques to become professional and certified associates that deliver our services to distressed neighborhood residents on a pro bono basis. our services include community-constituent research, social design workshops, and social impact management. the desired outcome is more comprehensive community-driven improvement initiatives in high-poverty neighborhoods. also, help low-income families in mixed-income communities overcome racial tensions, intolerance, and isolation to benefit from the opportunities in the community.
