Boston academy of chinese medicine (hereafter referred as "bacm") is to be e ngaged in any lawful act or activity under the general corporation law of massachusetts, which might include: a) to share research findings and impro ve the usability, scalability, security, reliability and performance of chines e medicine; b) to build network for researcher and entrepreneurs, and help t o arrange resources for good chinese medicine projects; c) to collaborate with people in chinese medicine with western medicine fields and integrate t he technologies and techniques from western medicine to chinese medicine; d) to build a showcase for the chinese medicine industry and advocate good products to health care industry; e) to invite the experts in the chinese medi cine for seminars and train practitioners to improve the skill/techniques; f) to bridge the different cultures in the healthcare field between chinese and america society.
