Permian Basin Animal Advocates
Permian basin animal advocates came from humble beginnings in april of 2019 when three women decided to advocate for the unwanted cats and dogs in our community. we began as a small foster based rescue, providing our homes and personal funds to fully vet the animals in our care. we originally focused on helping animals in midland county with the plan to grow into surrounding areas as the needs grew. it didn't take long for the community to notice the things we were doing, and the animals being saved. more foster homes have opened up and funds were donated towards vet care. we are proud to say that we still saved dogs and cats from midland, odessa, big spring. stanton, lamesa and monahans (plus a few from lubbock) thanks to our donors, all animals are fully vetted before adoption. we maintained 36 foster homes in midland and odessa (for both cats and dogs). typically, the animals we save are the broken, abused, scared, or injured that other rescues cannot or will not help because of hig
