Primary exempt purpose: our mission is to rescue and provide medical services and permanent homes to abandoned, injured and stray cats that are homeless or ill due to neglect and/or natural disasters. through our fostering and adoption process we provide permanent homes for these cats. we also provide food and medical care through our food bank to help those in need provide the necessary care for their cats to insure these cats are able to stay with their owners and not become abandoned.
