To support and enhance the educational experience of hutchinson's 300+ students by fostering a strong partnership among parents, staff, and the community. this includes 1) organizing events to build community (spring fling, family fun night, literacy nights, etc); 2) coordinating volunteers to support our 14 classrooms, library/steam, art, music, pe teachers, environmental club, field trips, etc; 3) advocating for students' needs and providing a platform for parents to engage with school activities and decisions (9 meetings/year, open to all parents/staff); 4) fundraising through our fun run, 9 restaurant nights/year, and shopping rewards programs. funds support community events, building improvements, guest speakers, educational resources, such as technology, books, steam materials, classroom supplies, playground improvements, etc.
