Resilient colorado's mission is to support trauma-informed, resilient communities. we provide training, coaching, and consulting regarding the impacts of trauma and innovative ways to enhance personal, community, and workplace resilience and well-being. grounded in both lived experience and behavioral science, our mission is to enhance personal, community and workplace resilience and well-being. our organization provides culturally responsive workshops and training sessions focused on the impacts of trauma and evidence-based strategies for building resilience. by partnering with community leaders and offering direct services, resilient colorado educates individuals on the effects of trauma on mental health, physical health, and behavior. we also work with organizations to implement trauma-sensitive practices and build the resilience of their staff, students, families, and clients. our holistic approach to community wellness extends to every industry, including education, business, crisis and first responders, and community trainings. we have provided trainings for professional development, medical professionals, childcare providers, colleges, treatment facilities, public health, tribal and governmental groups, nonprofits, coalitions, and more. at resilient colorado, we respond to personal, organizational, relational, and community crises that are rooted in trauma to cultivate healing, resilience, and well-being. we provide: - experiential learning opportunities to explore best practices and tools that support resilience - consultation to sustain resilience and well-being - coaching to infuse trauma-informed principles and practices into all aspects of personal, professional, relational, and community well- being.
