Nefrig continuing education fund, inc. is a nonprofit corporation organized and operated exclusively for charitable purposes, specifically to provide employee's children with monies to continue their education. we further our purposes under this program by conducting the following activities: we feel continuing education is important to our children's future. the further education can be either college or trade school. we will not be fundraising. all funds will come from new england refrigeration. as each child graduates high school and decides to further their education, monies will be paid to the higher educational institute. bookkeeping. recording of donation. once an employee's child has graduated high school and has chosen to continue their education they are eligible for funds. we will contact the higher education organization directly and all funds will be paid directly to them not the student. if the student decides not to pursue higher education, the monies will be returned to
