Torrance-Lomita Community Health Center (TLCHC) will deliver healthcare services for low-income and vulnerable populations in Hawthorne, California and surrounding communities. We believe in providing healthcare for all, regardless of a patients race, nationality, sex, creed, age, or ability to pay. Our services will include primary healthcare across the lifespan, such as screenings, immunizations, preventive care, treatment, chronic disease management, and other services that can be delivered in an outpatient setting. Although we are not a hospitalrather we are a community health centerour primary purpose is to provide medical care for our community.
