Project educate, founded in 2018, is a los angeles based 501(c)(3) nonprofit whose mission is to alleviate various forms of suffering while improving the quality of life for those experiencing homelessness. in addition to providing basic needs and services, we provide and/or facilitate assistance in housing, healthcare, and social and personal development. our services include fed (fitness education diet) which focuses on promoting health and wellness through quarterly workshops, tag (toiletries and grooming) which distributes hygiene products monthly ensuring dignity and confidence is restored to our unhoused population, and swap (social wellness action plan) which promotes social connections and addresses the issues of isolation within our homeless population by providing them the opportunity to participate in a variety of fun, interactive, and dynamic events.
