The organization?s purposes include: charitable, educational and scientific purposes, which include improving the social well-being, health and skills of children through music and the arts by (i) teaching children how to play musical instruments and compose music; (ii) raising money for musical instruments which will be used in children?s hospitals, rehabilitation centers and other facilities that provides health and social services to children; (iii) raising money for and providing scholarships for children world-wide to attend programs, camps and schools focused on the arts in the united states of america; (iv) providing community outreach to create an overall awareness of the arts and its positive impact; and (v) making grants from time to time, if deemed appropriate and in furtherance of the above-mentioned purposes, to other organizations described in section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code of 1986, as amended (the "code"), or the corresponding provision of any future unit
