It is the duty of zoe praxis (zp) to address, educate, and provide help and support to alleviate and stop the growing epidemic of suicides, clinical anxiety, stress, depression, eating disorder, and self-harm in the young 18-35 adult population, (but not limited to this age bracket) predominantly those who lack resources, information, and support. existential crisis and emotional distress underlie suicides, and suicide attempts. existential crisis encompasses questioning the significance of living, the worth of ones life, and existential issues such as belonging, place, value, and purpose. these issues express loss of meaning or purpose in life, loss of hope, and loss of will to live. emotional distress includes issues such as depression, anxiety, stress, insomnia, self-harm, eating disorders, and addictions to substance abuse. these issues express helplessness, powerlessness, worthlessness and guiltiness. therefore, by promoting awareness and understanding of the development of emotio
