The primary purpose for which this organization has been organized is to expedite the study and research of exotic propulsion theories, concepts and devices toward humanities use in space exploration by seeking funds to: 1. engage in and support research within its facilities, such maybe in cooperation with industries, governments and the public worldwide, 2. support research and related educational activities at selected colleges, universities and other scientific institutions worldwide. 3. educate and inform the public of the possibilities of exotic propulsion systems for human exploration of space. 4. serve as an extensive library of materials and data catalogs related to the public knowledge of exotic propulsion theories, concepts, devices, and development resources. 5. sponsor public lectures, educational, technical and scientific conferences and the publication of technical and popular articles, books and other public media.
