The corporation is organized and shall be operated exclusively for charitable and educational purposes as set forth in section 501(c)3 of the internal revenue code, including but not limited to: providing transitional housing opportunities for women while transitioning from in-patient addiction rehabilitation programs back into the community at large; providing addiction recovery educational opportunities to support women recovering from addiction while transitioning back into the community at large; providing educational instruction on addiction recovery for women with the purpose of improving or developing their capabilities in addiction recovery in ways that are both useful to the individual and beneficial to the community at large; providing relief to poor, distressed, and underprivileged, women recovering from addiction and transitioning back into the community at large through transitional housing support; combating community deterioration by providing transitional housing.
