To organize and hold fund raising and other events in yankton, south dakota in the name of the jaxon boomsma memorial fund. to provide funding for scholarships to deserving seniors who are graduates of yankton high school. the types of scholarships and limitations thereon shall be set forth in the corporate by-laws. the by-laws shall provide that scholarships be for vocational, technical or higher educational training for those students who pursue a degree in the field of agriculture and attend an institution in the state of south dakota. to provide funding for scholarship to foster and develop participation in youth sports in the city of yankton, south dakota. to make donations for playground equipment, park benches and for the general betterment of the city parks in the city of yankton, south dakota to honor the memory of jaxon boomsma, and other carious charitable causes, within the meaning of section 501 (c)(3) of the internal revenue code, in the name of the jaxon boomsma memorial
