Corpus Christi Bell Tower Foundatio

In 1976, the dream of the glasscock memorial carillon was placed in the heart of lucille glasscock. that dream came true as the bell tower was built, the carillon was played, and music wafted the sound of god's love and promise across the corpus christi bayfront. as we know, the original bell tower was no match for our south texas environment and for the safety of our church, community, and those precious bells, it had to come down. fast forward to 2015; the dream was still alive in the hearts of members of first baptist church corpus christi. prayer, fundraising, and planning began on how to reconstruct this well-known landmark.
