Cshaf's mission is to help provide care for unwanted, abused, neglected, and/or displaced dogs, cats, and other companion animals regardless of age, breed, size, or background. we stand against cruelty, abuse, and neglect of animals, and advocate responsible population control through spay/neuter, humane training, and educating the general public. through our work, we hope to reduce the number of pets in shelters and to minimize unnecessary euthanasia.
