Denver Justice Project

Overview

Mission

Our mission is to radically transform the criminal legal system through intersectional advocacy that fosters safe and healthy communities.

What it reported doing in 2025

Denver Justice Project provided direct support to community who had been harmed by local and federal law enforcement. We hosted a community forum with the Denver District Attorney. We hosted a number of Know Your Rights training at no charge to attendees. We updated all of our materials including our Know Your Rights booklets in English and Spanish. We distributed thousands on these booklets in community.

Operating model

Revenue model
Cannot be determined from the filing. The filing does not provide enough consistent revenue detail to tell how this nonprofit funds its work.
Distribution model
Direct operator. The filing allocates 100% of reported program-service expenses outside its grant, affiliate-payment, and member-benefit lines. This expense classification does not rule out separately announced grant awards.
