Members of conversations with friends (cwf) visit and support people detained by immigration and customs enforcement (ice) in minnesota. through our various programs (which include weekly letters from our cwf letter writers, commissary deposits, books and 'dignity' backpacks) and our peaceful, compassionate presence, the people detained by ice come to know that people in the community truly care about them, their health and their welfare, and know that they are not alone, not abandoned.
