Our mission statement is to inform, instruct and inspire kids. mentor a child and make a difference in their lives. we help train youth athletes using current science based training. functional strength, bio mechanics, nutritional instruction with mental emotional training. helping youth in our community be active, healthy through sports while teaching life skills. we help kids with sports such as: riflerry, gymnastics, baseball, softball, tennis, basketball, football, volleyball, wrestling, track & field and hockey.
