The wippla chapter of nma seeks to provide personal and professional growth to its members through programs, opportunities, and activities designed to foster leadership and management skills development. we will provide our members with a peer network for the exchange of information and ideas and will focus on the critical areas of teambuilding, training, and facilitating decision-making. provided dinners with keynote speakers on leadership. held 30 minute luncheons with speakers and/or videos on leadership. hope to hold 1 luncheon/month in the next year. still building up the program. this was our first year. goal is to provide members with leadership training possibilities.
