Ensure and preserve the basic, human, civil and constitutional rights and maintenance of the services, benefits, and entitlements due any veteran under the fair and impartial application of the law (title 59) without regard to race, color, creed, sex, age or station in life. our role is to see that veterans obtain temporary financial assistance when they are in need. we also assist veterans, their spouses, and their dependent children, as well as surviving spouses of deceased veterans, in obtaining earned benefits from federal, state, and local governmental agencies.
