(c) the center's senior volunteer programs, care giver support, fitness center and health and safety programs. (d) all mentioned in article two p. (2) of the articles of incorporation. norman park senior center is owned and operated by the city of chula vista in san diego county ca. a successful grant solicitation will help the city support & maintain norman park senior center.
