Howard Elementary School
To provide monetary support for programs, activities, and items that the PTO Memberships find to be consequential and important to the education and welfare of the children and staff at the School. To provide opportunities for the school and community to gather together so that the positive relationships between families, staff, and community members become stronger as we participate in fund-raising and family activities. The PTO will promote and have an open communication between the administration, faculty, parents, and the community to enhance our children's educational environment.
