The primary purpose of s.N.I.P.S. is to provide low cost, or no cost, spay and neuter services to individuals in the southeast texas area centering around jasper, texas. at present time this is being accomplished by partnering with various pet oriented organizations, including dehart veterinary services. monies are raised through various fund raisers. 100% of those funds are used to cover the cost of providing the spay/neuter services, including transportation and professional fees. our ultimate goal is to continue bringing mobile clinics to the area to have affordable pet spay/neuter wellness services.
