The Huff Foundation

The purposes for which the huff foundation is organized are exclusively religious, charitable, scientific, literary, and within the meaning of section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code of 1986 or the corresponding provision of any future united states internal revenue law. The foundation is organized, and at all times thereafter operated exclusively for the benefit of, to perform the functions of, or to carry out the purposes of, one or more specified organizations described in section 509(a)(1) or (2) of the internal revenue code and may not engage in activities which are not in furtherance of the purposes of section 509(a)(3)(a). The specific purpose of this foundation is to manage, invest and distribute foundation assets primarily for the benefit of the commnunity foundation of jackson hole, which is the primary supported charitable organization.
