A)support of educational activities for practicing physicians in the state of hawaii and the pacific basin region, with special attention to those physicians serving rural and underserved areas and within the meaning of section 501 (c) (3) of the internal revenue code of 1986. B)to foster leadership in health promotion, disease prevention and medical problem solving designed to optimize the lives of the patients and within the meaning of section 501 (c) (3) of the internal revenue code of 1986. C)to support activities in hawaii which enhance the training experience of physicians in family practice residency programs. D)to support activities which encourage medical students to pursue family practice in hawaii, and to support activities that enhance the educational preparation and training of prospective family physicians at the undergraduate and graduate levels and within the meaning of section 501 (c) (3) of the internal revenue code of 1986.
