We educate and inform the public through the use of all media, and particularly the youth of ventura and contiguous counties, regarding figure skating with emphasis on its pleasures, healthful aspects, and its value as an activity which contributes to the development of fitness and character in the youth we serve. we offer weekly use of the oxnard ice skating center to our members for the purpose of assisting figure skaters with practice and perfection of their skills to prepare them for local skating association competition.We offer test sessions six times per year for the purpose of assisting skaters in advancing levels of moves of the field and free skating.We offer recitals for the purpose of sharing with and informaiton the public of the pleasures and healthful aspects of figure skating.We manage and operate the ice skating rink for the purpose of promoting the benefits and enjoyment of figure skating with emphasis on its pleasures, healthful aspects, and its value as an activity
