The mission of the Joaquin Volunteer Fire Department is to save lives,protect property,and suppress fires.This mission is accomplished through departmental training,public education,inspections for preplanning and safety,as well as active intervention in emergency situations.The department offers fire and rescue to our primary service area as well as mutual aid to surrounding departments.We seek to work with other emergency and governmental agencies as we endeavor to become a part of the seamless interactions within the emergency service community.
